Two recommended exercises to exercise abdominal muscles
1. Lie on your back and stand up from both ends.
2. Diagonal split with standing tensioner.
Lying on your back and raising your head from both sides mainly exercises the rectus abdominis, while the standing cable split mainly exercises the external obliques and waist muscles.
Using these two movements together will give you perfect abdominal muscles.
